Update on Documentary Project

The majority of last week I spent on trying to get out my rhetorical analysis. I have learned, luckily, a couple of important tips well I was in class and just throughout writing. A couple of them are reading other people's drafts, most importantly reading drafts of students who did well on the documentary project. Once you are done it is okay to check through a grammar website. Rereading everything you wrote after a break and have peers check what you have written, sometimes you need fresh eyes looking at your work. It is okay to put things in and then take them away. Those are a couple of the things that can help improve your documentary rough draft.

I know we were told this before, but I do not things I truly understood how helpful it is to see other people's work. I know exactly what to look for and what style of writing they are looking for based on their works. This has been very helpful when it comes to trying to figure out how I need to write and what needs to get done. Another one of the tips we spoke about was checking through a grammar website. That can be so helpful. No matter how much of an English teacher you. You are should still check your grammar through all the ways possible. Like checking through a friend too. That is so helpful. Get as many suggestions and views on this as possible. Not every rough draft is going to be perfect on the first try. This is something I have struggled with a lot. I want to be able to just push out a piece. Sometimes I will be able to map things out first and I will always review what I have written. Although, I just want it to be perfect on the first try.

In brief, it is important to continue to get suggestions and ideas on how to improve in life. No one is perfect and no one knows everything. So, what we should do is share our knowledge with each other so we can have group knowledge. Improving in things is hard and being open to suggestions is also hard. Although, hopefully, knowing what it could do can help people be more open to different ideas.
